Cthulhu In A Jar

cthulu in a jar

This Cthulhu in a jar is part of a larger piece by steampunk artist Alex cf.. The Cthulhu Specimen Box is an incredibly detailed hand-made work of steampunkish genius. If you like this kinda stuff, this guy is up in the top ten.

contained in the box are a series of bottled samples, rock samples, detailed notes, mad ramblings, diagrams, maps, a directional compass, compass, pencil, and of course the spawn of Cthulhu, sealed within a specimen jar.

Halloween How To

halloween how to

Halloween is coming and if you’re like me, you’ve already started planning out your costume, decorations and treats. On that note I came across this incredible tutorial telling you exactly how to make these ‘things in a jar’, straight out of a witch’s kitchen. Dead Spider over at aranamuerta.com has provided detailed instructions for making these great decorations and for that we send out a big thank you. Don’t forget to read her jar labels, there’s some pretty humorous stuff going on. These are better than most of the stuff you can buy and it doesn’t look like it is too hard to do.
